Automatic Negative Thoughts (ANTs) are fast, involuntary, and harmful thoughts patterns that trigger stress. These thoughts can influence our experiences and impact our mental well-being and relationships. As educators, we have a million thoughts going through our brain, and it can be hard to manage it all. In this presentation, we will learn how our thoughts can impact our lives, and strategies to catch and reframe unhelpful thinking patterns to develop quality relationships and improve overall mental well-being, in and out of the classroom.
