Well-being is the key to a thriving school community—but the solutions may be hidden in plain sight!

In this interactive escape room experience, participants will work collaboratively to solve clues, crack codes, and complete challenges designed to uncover practical strategies for supporting staff and student well-being. As teams navigate the escape room, they’ll explore the interconnected elements of well-being, including mental health, relationships, belonging, self-care, and creating supportive school environments.

More than just a fun challenge, this session transforms learning into an engaging, hands-on experience. Participants will reflect, problem-solve, collaborate, and discover actionable strategies they can take back to their schools immediately.
