This interactive session introduces educators to the principles and purpose of restorative practices and explores how they can be used to strengthen relationships, build community, and respond to student behavior in more meaningful ways. Participants will examine the difference between restorative and traditional punitive approaches, experience restorative strategies firsthand, and practice conversations they can use immediately with students and colleagues. The session will conclude with participants identifying one practical restorative action they can bring back to their school and implement right away.
