Through a strengths-based, inclusive lens, the session focuses on how students experience their environments and how educational settings can shape behavior, engagement, and well-being.

Through interactive activities, real classroom scenarios, and reflection, educators will explore practical ways to create more inclusive learning environments. Participants will leave with concrete strategies for increasing predictability, reducing barriers, supporting regulation, and strengthening student belonging.
