Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on how each dimension of wellness influences their overall well-being by using the wellness wheel. While all dimensions are interconnected and important, this session will focus on providing additional learning to support the physical dimension (caring for your body now and to stay healthy in the future).

About 75 million women in the US are currently dealing with menopause symptoms from raging hormones to itchy skin to brain fog and yet the very word "menopause" continues to be associated with stigma and confusion. With so many educators being women age 35+, this is a topic that ALL of us need to be familiar with. This session will be based off of the information covered in actor Naomi Watts' "Dare I Say It: Everything I Wish I'd Known About Menopause" best selling book.
